Anne Roxanne "Roxie" Jordan Barcelo (born January 20, 1985 in Fairfax, Virginia) is a Filipina actress, model and singer.

In 2006, she was one of the 14 housemates of ABS-CBN's Pinoy Big Brother: . Before entering the Big Brother House she a finalist on ABC's Hollywood Dream.

Roxanne spent her childhood in the United States. She was only eight years old when she joined and won "Best of the Best", a singing contest in the United States. Her broadcasting talent was again put to the test when she became a member of ESPN Kids. Already a professional child model, Roxanne did TV commercials for the Smithsonian Museum's 150th anniversary, 4th of July, GAP and JC Penny.

Upon arriving in the Philippines when she was 13, she was one of the contestants in GMA's Metropop Search. Aside from that in 1999, Roxie became a mainstay in the GMA's then top-rated youth oriented show, Click, she learned so much in her 2 1/2 years in the show. Roxie also made waves in the TV drama series "Kahit Kailan" and "Sana Ikaw Na Nga" (I Hope Its You). She was also a regular in "S.O.P." and guested in several GMA shows. Her song "Kung Alam Mo Lang Kaya" (If You Only Knew) topped the Philippine music charts. She has an existing recording album entitled "Roxie".

She attended high school at the School of the Holy Spirit in Quezon City and currently attending college at Miriam College also in Quezon City.

During her stay in the Pinoy Big Brother house she was well known for her complicated relationships, and she was called the cry-baby due to her cryings in most episodes. She was being teased to be paired with fellow housemate Rico Robles. This happened also before she is formally introduced to the public. It was a co-incidence that Rico and Roxanne are good friends and even courted her prior to entering in the Big Brother House. Even though that Roxanne is uncomfortable of having a relationship with Rico due to his unfinished business with his former girlfriend. With this Roxanne preferred to be good friends with Rico. She has a crush on a young bachelor Toyz Averilla. As of now their relationship got deteriorated. The incident happened day 22 in the wee hours in the morning in which Rico asked Roxanne to read his book and used Big Brother's task of commanding their other housemates. Rico asked Roxanne to read chapters of the book with feelings, but Roxanne got irritated of his demands to read the book with feelings and walked-out and Gretchen was the first person who offered help about the situation.

She is the eighth housemate to exit the house after Rico on day 40 to attend her graduation at Miriam College.
