Rudolf Martin (born July 31 1967 in Berlin, Germany) is a German-American actor. He has appeared in a handful of off-Broadway productions, and has also made guest appearances on numerous television series, including Buffy The Vampire Slayer, 24, Crossing Jordan, Judging Amy, NCIS, ' and '. He is perhaps most recognizable for playing Dracula on Buffy and terrorist Ari Haswari on NCIS.
He played Dracula again on a 2000 TV movie, .
In addition to German and English, Martin is also a fluent speaker of French and Italian.
