Sharmaine Rama Gutierrez-Bektaş, popularly known as Ruffa Gutierrez is a Filipino actress, model and former beauty queen. She was Binibining Pilipinas-World 1993 and the Miss World 1993 2nd Princess. Gutiérrez is daughter to 1960s matinee idol Eddie Gutiérrez and actress Anabelle Rama. She is the older sister of twins Richard and Raymond Gutiérrez, also actors. Ruffa made over 50 films in the Philippines, and has also been involved in various scandals such as the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival Scam.

In 2003, she married the Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektaş in a lavish ceremony in Manila. to whom she had 2 daughters. She now permanently resides in Turkey with her husband and two daughters, though she frequently goes home to the Philippines to do commercials, TV guestings and vacation.

Ruffa and her parents are now under investigation for tax evasion in the Philippines.
