SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. TSX: [SNC]
The company was originally established by Arthur Surveyer in 1911. Surveyor went on to form a partnership with Emil Nenniger and Georges ChĂȘnevert. Surveyor, Nenniger & ChĂȘnevert eventually became SNC. In 1991, SNC merged with another of the largest Canadian engineering firms to become SNC-Lavalin.
Governance
The corporation is governed by a board of directors, currently consisting of: Angus Bruneau, John Cleghorn, David Goldman, Jacques Lamarre, Allan Leach, Pierre Lessard, Edythe Marcoux, Claude Mongeau, Gwyn Morgan, Hugh Segal, and Lawrence Stevenson.Projects
