Saint Nicholas Cathedral is a cathedral in Monaco-Ville, Monaco where many of the Grimaldis were buried, including the most beloved Princess, Grace Kelly and more recently, Rainier III.
The cathedral was consecrated in 1875, and is on the site of the first parish church in Monaco that was built in 1252 and dedicated to St. Nicholas. Mass is celebrated here each year on December 6, and primary children gather for a joyful remembrance of St. Nicholas' life.
