Salaam also spelled salam or selam, (Arabic: سلام) is an Arabic word that literally means "peace." In English, it may have one of the following usages:
- Shortened Assalamu alaikum, an Islamic greeting
- As-Salam, one of the 99 Names of God

The Hebrew Shalom Alehem is very similar to the Arabic Assalamu Alaikum.
