Salaam E Ishq: A Tribute To Love is a forthcoming Bollywood film, to be directed by Nikhil Advani starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Juhi Chawla, Govinda, Sonali Bendre, John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra, Sohail Khan, Ayesha Takia, Vidya Balan, Perizaad Zorabian, Anjana Sukhani and Shannon Esrechowitz in lead roles. The movie weaves a number of love stories together thanks to the relationships of the people within it. How the stories interact is quite complicated to explain. The movie is said to be based on Richard Curtis's Hollywood blockbuster, Love Actually.
The film will be Advani's second directorial venture after Kal Ho Naa Ho.

The shooting of the film has already begun in November 2005 and set to be finished by July 2006. The movie is slated for a Diwali release which falls on the 14th of October, 2006
Karan Johar will be making a cameo appearance in this movie during the Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra story. Karan Johar was approached by Advani after previously working with him in as an assistant directors in his films and his first directorial venture, Kal Ho Naa Ho which Karan Johar produced and other films under Yash Johar's productrion houseDharma Productions.
