Samuel Jackson Randall (October 10, 1828April 13, 1890) was a Democrat member of the United States House of Representatives from Pennsylvania during the late 19th century.

Samuel J. Randall was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the common council of Philadephia and a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate. He served as a member of the First Troop of Philadelphia in 1861 for three months, and again as a captain in 1863. He was promoted to Provost Marshal at Gettysburg.

He served in the United States House of Representatives as a Democrat from Pennsylvania from 1863 to his death. From 1876 to 1881, he served as Speaker of the House.
