The San Fernando Valley Quakes are an American soccer team, founded in 2006. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and during their inaugural season will play in the Southwest Division of the Western Conference against teams from Bakersfield, Fresno, Glendora, La Mirada, Modesto, San Diego, San Francisco and Santa Ana.

They play their home games at the John Elway Stadium (named after the legendary Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway) on the campus of Granada Hills High School in Granada Hills, a district of the city of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley. For Quakes games the stadium will be known as the Re/Max Epicenter.

The team's home colours are red and black. Their away colours are all white. The team's main sponsors are Re/Max, Adidas, Frontier Toyota, ProLine Mortgage Inc., Xtreme Soccer, The Printing House, and Daphne's Greek Cafe.

Players are drawn from a number of colleges nationwide, including UCLA, CSUN, UCSB, Boston College, Quinnipiac University, Berkeley, University of North Carolina, Oregon State University, UC Davis and Loyola Marymount University.

The Quakes head coach for the 2006 season is Ali Khosroshahin, who previously worked with the Mexican Women’s National Soccer Federation, and was formerly head coach of the Cal State Fullerton women’s soccer program.
