Santo Cilauro

Santo Cilauro (born 1962 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian television and feature film producer and screenwriter.

He is a currently a member of the Working Dog production company which produced The Panel television show and the movie, The Castle.

His credits include:

Santo played weatherman Geoffrey Salter on Frontline (1994-97), Stix on Funky Squad (1995), and IT technician Griffin on the Shaun Micallef sitcom Welcher & Welcher (2003). Santo was, with Rob Sitch and Tom Gleisner, co-author of the Jetlag Travel Guides to Molvania and Phaic Tan. He also created the popular internet character Zladko Vladcik.

During his radio career Cilauro often received mail with misspellings of his name, the most notable being Snato Ghauro.
