Scleromochlus is the generic name of a small archosaur from the Late Triassic period. It was a gracile cursorial animal that in the past was hypothesised to be an ancestor of the pterosaurs.

Species

Scleromochlus is a monotypic genus (single species), which is the type species S. taylori.
