Scotland Yard is the name of a Californian pop music group. Formed in 1991 by Christopher Hill and Kim Cahill, the electronic duo first met regional success with the 1995 release "Rogue". The addition of Mike Bloom and Rob Ferrell rounded out the core members and solidified a line up that would subsequently release the much acclaimed "24/7" featuring the single "Movin On". The group was dissolved in January 2004 during the recording of their third and final studio collaboration. The last single release "Wake Up" met with less success than the previous Lp and the group was dropped from their label Interpol Records. The group had critical acclaim with singles "Fragile","Favorite Things" and "Wake Up" but lacked the earlier chart success from "24/7".
