Seaside Radio is a community radio station based in Withernsea, Yorkshire in England. Currently it is preparing to re-broadcast in late June as a 24/7 radio channel on 107.3 FM.
Background
Seaside Radio is a community communication and entertainment radio project formed in 2003 by Lyz Turner. Up until April 2005 their studio and office had no permanent location, but is now situated on Seaside Road in the seaside resort of Withernsea.As well as broadcasting they also provide editing and training services for the community.
Programme Content
Seaside Radio broadcasts a diverse range of music genres and talk topics to suit many interests. This includes contemporary and traditional forms of pop, rock, metal, punk, dance, trance, country and classical. In addition they are regularly granted interviews with moderately famous local authors, artists and musicians/bands.Presenters
Seaside Radio is quite unique in that it allows and indeed encourages members of the local area to get involved with the station, either as presenters, technicians or managers. Most roles are voluntary-based, and therefore unpaid, but enable anyone to gain a better understanding of how a radio station operates.Current DJs and presenters include:

- Cris - (specialising in 60's, 70's & 80's pop)
- Paula - (specialising in country & western)
- Cid - (specialising in country & western)
- Martin - (specialising in trance & electronica)
- Dara Morad - (specialising in rock & metal)
- Ford Thomas - (specialising in rock & metal)
