Serafim Todorov (born July 6, 1969) was a Bulgarian boxer at the 1996 Summer Olympics who won a silver medal. He competed in the featherweight (57 kg) division. His name is known in the United States because he defeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the semifinals by a score of 10-9. The U.S. team protested the controversial result.

After the Olympics, Todorov had a professional boxing record of 5-1 (1 KO).
