Serena Harriet Scott Thomas (born September 21, 1961 in Nether Compton, Dorset, United Kingdom) is an actress. She is the younger sister of actress Kristin Scott Thomas.

Serena Scott Thomas is best known for her portrayal of the character Dr. Molly Warmflash in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough as well as appearing in the 1993 TV film Harnessing Peacocks.

She appeared as Gwendolyn Post in a series three episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, called Revelations.
