Shab-al-Hiri Roach
Encyclopedia : S : SH : SHA : Shab-al-Hiri Roach
The Shab-al-Hiri Roach is a role-playing game by Jason Morningstar, independently published by Bully Pulpit Games. The game is a dark comedy of manners, lampooning academia and asking players to answer a difficult question - are you willing to swallow a soul-eating telepathic insect bent on destroying human civilization? Taking place on a buttoned-down New England college campus in 1919, the game is GM-less, can be played in an evening, and tends to alternate between ridiculous and horrifying.
