Shady Records is a record label specializing in hip hop music. The founder and CEO of Shady Records, Eminem, was granted his own label through Interscope Records following the success of his debut album, The Slim Shady LP. Eminem's agent Paul Rosenberg is also the president of Shady Records. Shady Records headquarters are in New York although it is primarily known as a Detroit-based label.

- Eminem - One of the best-selling rap artists of all time, Eminem is Dr. Dre's most successful protégé from Aftermath Entertainment. In 1999, Eminem and his Goliath Artists manager Paul Rosenberg created Shady Records following the multi-platinum success of Eminem's debut The Slim Shady LP. All of Eminem's albums since The Eminem Show have been released under Shady/Aftermath.
- 50 Cent - His debut, Get Rich Or Die Tryin', as well as his sophomore album, The Massacre, have made 50 Cent one of today's biggest rap superstars. He most recently released a soundtrack for his 2005 movie Get Rich or Die Tryin'. 50 Cent also has his own label, G-Unit Records.
- Obie Trice - The Detroit rapper was signed to Shady Records after he ran to Eminem's Limousine, stuck his head inside of the window, and freestyled for him. His 2003 album, Cheers, was certified platinum. His second album 2nd Rounds On Me, will be released on August 15th, because the original release date of June 20th was only seven days after the expected release of Aftermath artist Busta Rhymes.
- D12 - First artists to be signed to Shady Records. Followed by Obie Trice, and then 50 Cent. The rap group comprised of Eminem, Swift (Recently Incarcerated) Proof (Killed in a club shootout), Bugz (Murdered at a detroit picnic) Bizarre, Kuniva and Kon Artis. Kon Artis has also contributed as a major producer. The group released two albums under Shady Records, Devil's Night and D12 World. In 2006, Proof was killed in Detroit and few days later Swift was incarcerated for violating parole term, leaving the state of the group in jeopardy. No member other than Eminem has a solo deal through Shady Records.
- Stat Quo - The first southern artist to sign with Shady Records. Stat Quo is signed under Shady Records and Aftermath Entertainment. Stat Quo was signed to the label in 2003 and gained critical acclaim for his release of the Underground Atlanta Mixtape. The rapper's debut album Statlanta is slated to be released in 2006.
- Bobby Creekwater - The second southern artist to sign to Shady Records. The album entitled A Brilliant Mistake will be released soon. The first single was "Bobby Creek".
- Cashis - He is the newest member of Shady Records. He hails from Orange County, California.
