Shimotsuga (下都賀郡 -gun) is a district located in Tochigi, Japan.
As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 183,484 and a density of 587.96 persons per km². The total area was 312.07 km².
Towns and villages
In 2006, the towns of Kokubunji and Ishibashi, formerly in Shimotsuga District, merged to form part of the new city of Shimotsuke.
