Shinsaibashi

Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) is a district of Osaka, Japan known as the city's main shopping center, located north of Namba. Amerika-mura is an American-themed area of Shinsaibashi, and one of the best known outside of Osaka. Large and small stores are common in Amerika-mura and along the parallel streets Mido-suji (a major through street with larger stores and a major subway line) and Shinsaibashi-suji (a mostly mall-style covered street in Shinsaibashi).
