Shiso, Hyogo

Shiso (宍粟市; Shisō-shi) is a city located in Hyogo, Japan.
The city was founded on April 1, 2005 from the merger of four towns from Shiso District: Chikusa, Haga, Ichinomiya, and Yamasaki.
As of 2000 census data, the city has an estimated population of 45,460 with a density of 69 persons per km². The total area is 658.6 km².
