Shoals Marine Laboratory

Shoals Marine Laboratory (SML) is a seasonal marine field station located on Appledore Island, Maine, the largest of the Isles of Shoals. The SML is dedicated to undergraduate education and research and is a joint operation of Cornell University and the University of New Hampshire.
