Shogakukan

is a Japanese publisher of dictionaries, literature, manga, nonfiction, children's DVDs, and other media in Japan.
Shogakukan founded Shueisha which founded Hakusensha. These companies together are called the Hitotsubashi group, one of the biggest publishing groups in Japan.
