Sigma Andromedae (σ And / σ Andromedae) is a star in the constellation Andromeda.

Sigma Andromedae is a white A-type main sequence dwarf with an apparent magnitude of +4.51. It is approximately 141 light years from Earth.

It has been adopted by Francis Perks using the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
