Sniper, one of the Axis High Commanders in World at War is known for giving his motivation speeches. However, if one has ever listened to more than one of these speeches, it can be heard that they are relatively the same speech. And after the first minute of the speech, he just tends to keep repeating the same thing until people become inspired or get tired of the 5 minute speech containing the same 5 sentences.

(::To be spoken with an accent, preferably European::)"You guys, we need to stop this bickering. The Allies are a bunch of ______ and their tactics will get them no where. We need to unite as one and fight together to rewrite the history books of World at War. Fighting each other will only lead to our failure. So stop being _____ and pull yourselves together so we can be the greatest army this tournament has ever seen."
(If no one seems to react positively to what you said, just keep repeating it until your see support written out in team chat, then you may stop.)
Results
It may not be possible to convince the smarter and older members that you are a good leader by using this format, but the younger and slower members should rally around you with great support, even voting for you to receive a divisional medal.Related Links
