Souad Massi

Souad Massi (b. 1972) is a critically acclaimed Algerian guitarist and vocalist. In 1999 she signed with Island Records. She is currently based in Paris, France.
To date she has released three albums:
- Raoui: originally released on April 1 2003. Re-released on October 19 2004 with a bonus track
- Deb: released on June 29 2004
- Mesk Elil: released on October 31 2005
