Southend West is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
Boundaries
It comprises a small part of the West of Southend-on-Sea, and includes Leigh-on-Sea and Westcliff-on-Sea. It is bounded by Rochford and Southend East (UK Parliament constituency) to the North and East, Rayleigh (UK Parliament constituency) to the North, Castle Point (UK Parliament constituency) to the West, and the Thames estuary to the South.Members of Parliament
