Southern France

Southern France, colloquially known as "Le Midi" is a loosely defined geographical area consisting of the regions that border Spain, the Mediterranean Sea and Italy. They include:
- Aquitaine
- Midi-Pyrénées
- Languedoc-Roussillon
- Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
- Corsica
- Rhône-Alpes
- And Canal du Midi, a world heritage site, runs through it.
