Sport 927 is a Melbourne radio station. While its title includes the word 'sport', it is in reality devoted to 85%+ horse racing. Their morning breakfast program with Michael Christian, and Anthony Mithen starting at 5am weekdays with the Prime Time Sports program, while at night Andrew Kuuse delivers his Sportstalk program. In between, the station covers commentary of horse racing meetings. During the 12am-5am shift, veteran broadcaster Arthur Higgins takes over Saturday to Tuesday while Trevor Himstedt is heard Wednesday to Friday and on Weekend Breakfast.
Formerly known as 3UZ, one of Melbourne's oldest radio stations.
