Star FM is a Australian radio network, consisting of stations in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

The brand was created by DMG Radio Australia, before they sold their regional stations in Macquarie Regional RadioWorks in 2004.

DMG still owns one Star FM station on the Central Coast. Macquarie have arrangements with DMG for the use of the Star FM and other brands.

Programming

The network's stations are aimed at the under 35's section of the market, airing Top 40 and popular music. For most stations, the only local program heard on these stations is the breakfast program.
