Starobelsk

Starobelsk is a town near Luhansk in Ukraine. During WW2, it was the site of a Soviet prison camp for Polish POWs (Prisoners of War), especially officers. A very large proportion of the prisoners from the camp were massacred during the Katyn massacre in the Kharkiv NKVD building, later buried in Pyatikhatky forest .
