Steve Sviggum

Steve Sviggum is the current Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He has held this post since the Republicans took control of the House following the 1998 elections. He represents the rural area of Kenyon, being first elected in 1978. He is an alumnus of St. Olaf College.
