Stoke Bruerne is a small village in Northamptonshire in England.

The village's claim to fame is its situation on the Grand Union Canal and thus it is a favourite destination for gongoozlers. It is home to a Canal Museum at the top of a flight of canal locks. A few hundred metres from the museum is the entrance to Blisworth tunnel which, at 3,056 yards (2794 m), is one of the longest in the UK.
