Su Tong

Su Tong 苏童 (born 1963) is a Mainland Chinese writer based in Nanjing. His best known work is the novella which English title is "Raise the Red Lantern" and made into a movie by the director Zhang Yimou. This movie starred Gong Li.

Some of his other works include "Rice" and "My Career as an Emperor".
