Suffield Township is one of eighteen civil townships in Portage County, Ohio, United States. It is located in the southwestern corner of the county, and borders or touches the following other townships and municipalities:
- Lake Township, Stark County, on the south;
- Springfield Township, Summit County, on the west;
- The village of Mogadore, on the west-northwest;
- The city of Tallmadge, on the northwest;
- Brimfield Township, on the north;
- Rootstown Township, on the northeast (touches, but does not border);
- Randolph Township, on the east;
- Marlboro Township, Stark County, on the southeast
Geographical features
- Flatiron Lake Bog preserve (a 97-acre kettle hole bog formed about 12,000 years ago; maintained by The Nature Conservancy)[link]
