Sui Feifei (隋菲菲) (born January 29 1979) is a female Chinese basketball player who was signed with the Sacramento Monarchs of the WNBA. She is from Qingdao, Shandong in the People's Republic of China, and is 1.84 m (6 ft 1 in.) tall.

She was the MVP of the 2004–2005 WCBA season, where she led her team Bayi China Telecom to three consecutive championships. Sui was also named the Women's Chinese Basketball Association's most popular player in 2002 and 2003.

On February 15 2005, Feifei signed a contract with the WNBA's Sacramento Monarchs and drafted in April of that year, becoming the second Chinese woman basketball player to join the WNBA. As of 2006, Feifei is currently playing as guard. Her teammate Miao Lijie also signed with the Monarchs.

Feifei is often referred to as the female Yao Ming.

Some news media spread rumors that she was Wang Zhizhi's girlfriend, which angered her.
