The Suiyuan Campaign 1936 was one of the engagements between the National Revolutionary Army and Imperial Japanese Army during the Second Sino-Japanese War.

Invasion of Suiyuan by the Inner Mongolian and Japanese forces of Prince Teh Wang, clashed with the Chinese forces at Hongor on November 14th. After several days of fighting the attackers failed to capture the city. On November 17th a Chinese counterattack surprised the invaders and led to a disorganized retreat to their base at Pai-ling-miao. Taking advantage of the Mongolian disorder Gen. Fu Tso-yi made a flanking movement to the west of the city and attacked, capturing it.

Small scale fighting continued in Suiyuan until the beginning of open hostilities following the Marco Polo Bridge Incident the following year.
