Sunnyvale Trailer Park is the fictional infamous trailer park home of the Trailer Park Boys gang. The park is owned by Barb Lahey. Mrs. Lahey's ex-husband, Jim Lahey, is the current Trailer Park Supervisor and is assisted by his boyfriend, Randy. He has been the supervisor for a number of years now, save for the brief period he spent in jail (Ricky became supervisor, assisted by Bubbles), and during the sixth season (Randy becomes Associate Trailer Park Supervisor at the end of the first episode).

The park has been the scene of many illegal activities over the years. These activities include: dope growing, firing handguns in a public place, public drunkenness, opening of an illegal nightclub, bootlegging, the staging of an illegal rap concert and paving a driveway with hash. Most of these illegal activities are carried out by Ricky or Julian usually with the reluctant assistance of their friend Bubbles and/or their other (forced) semi criminal colleagues such as J-Roc and the Rock Pile or Corey and Trevor. Barely a day goes by when the cops aren't called there for some reason or another.

The Sunnyvale set is located at the old NS Rehabilitation Centre on Bisset Rd, in Cole Harbour, outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
