Superfast Ferries

Superfast Ferries is a ferry company founded in 1993 by Alexander Panagopulos and Pericles Panagopulos. It belongs to the Attica Group, based in Athens, Greece, together with Blue Star Ferries.
As of 2005, Superfast Ferries operates lines in the:
- Adriatic Sea: Ancona and Bari, Italy - Igoumenitsa and Patras, Greece
- Baltic Sea: Rostock, Germany - Hanko, Finland
- North Sea: Zeebrugge, Flanders - Rosyth, Scotland (Scotland's only direct, scheduled ferry service to and from mainland Europe)
On April 12, 2006, Superfast and Attica once more took the market by surprise by agreeing to sell the three ice-class Superfast vessels to Estonian operator Tallink for 310 million Euro.
