Sweden has had bad results at JESC, finishing near the bottom every time. Broadcaster SVT withdrew from the JESC after 2005, but the commercial Swedish broadcaster TV4 will take over the JESC 2006.
All the Swedish entries were a girls duo. Also, all of the entries have finished 15th.
