The idea was to bring together a group of highly talented, energetic people with various backgrounds and a passion for challenging work and professional growth. This vision of a different kind of company eventually attracted friends and former co-workers into an initial cadre of talented consultants. Their focus was on creating an environment that industry professionals would love to work in while creating a system that consistently would provide solutions to client needs.
