TV7 is a national commercial television station in Indonesia, which is owned by the Gramedia Group and began broadcasting in 2001. It is not dissimilar to other commercial stations such as RCTI. The station became famous in 2003 when it relayed the Al Jazeera television station during the US invasion of Iraq. Its motto is "Semakin Beragam Semakin Menarik" ("Increasingly Diverse, Increasingly Interesting").
It contains programs of the following genres: news, sport, drama series, film, talk shows, documentary, children, and more.
