tv asahi building in Roppongi Hills
(TYO: [9409]), also known as EX and Tele-Asa (テレアサ), is a television network headquartered in Roppongi in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. The company name is usually written in lower-case letters, tv asahi. The company also owns All-Nippon News Network.

In 1957, "Nihon Educational Television" (NET, 日本教育テレビ) started operations, and first aired a colour telecast in 1967. Before the first colour telecast, the writing system was uniformed to NET TV (NETテレビ) in 1960.Because of the changing TV network of Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS) and Asahi Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Osaka in 1975, the network station in Osaka was changed to ABC on March 31.
On April 1, 1977, NET was renamed , also known as ANB. On September 28, 1985, ARK Hills Studio was completed and the head office moved there in 1986. On October 1, 2003, the head office moved to Roppongi Hills, and the station was renamed "TV Asahi Corporation".
