Taffy Nivert

Taffy Nivert (also Taffy Danoff) was born October 25, 1944 in Washington, DC. She was a member of folk singing duo called Fat City with her then-husband Bill Danoff, who would later compose several songs for John Denver. She was a member of the Starland Vocal Band, which spun off into the eponymous television variety show Starland Vocal Band. Nivert appeared as a guest on many shows including the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and the John Denver show.
