Tai Koo ([[w:Traditional Chinese character|Chinese]]: 太古; [[w:Standard Cantonese|Cantonese]] IPA: [tʰɑɪ33 ku35], [[w:Yale romanization#Cantonese|Yale]]: taai gú, [[w:Jyutping|Jyutping]]: taai3 gu2; [[w:Standard Mandarin|Mandarin]] [[w:Pinyin|Pinyin]]: Tàigǔ) is an underground station on the MTR on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The livery is crimson.
It serves the vicinity of Kornhill, Kornhill Gardens, Taikoo Shing, Nam Fung Sun Chuen, etc. in Quarry Bay. The station is one of the busiest stations in the system.
It is famous for its dome-shaped rooftop. It was built by explosion and the world's largest underground space was created.
