Encyclopedia : T : TA : TAL : Talk Radio Network

Talk Radio Network is a syndicator of talk radio programming. The Oregon-based company distributes mostly conservative voices, such as Michael Savage, Laura Ingraham, and Jerry Doyle. Talk Radio Enterprises-FM, Inc., a division of Talk Radio Network, syndicates Erich "Mancow" Muller. The network also delivers a full slate of weekend talk programming on a variety of subjects.

The company's CEO is Mark Masters, son of controversial talk show host Roy Masters. The company is owned by Mark, Roy, and Roy's other son David.

Programming

Talk Radio Network's programming is arranged in the format of a 24-hour network, such that the programming rarely overlaps, with the programming split up amongst three satellites. Aside from encores, almost all of TRN's programs air live. Mancow is distributed separately and airs from 6:30-11 AM ET.
