The community of Teepee Creek is located North of Bezanson and East of Sexsmith in Alberta, Canada. It was a farming and ranching community that became an oil and gas based economy during the 1980s.
In 2006 the community has a school, community hall, fire hall, arena and with approximately 7 homes it now has a population of about 20 people.
Teepee Creek is known to most people for its stampede. In the 1960's the stampede was the most popular rodeo in Northern Alberta. The first stampede was held in 1916.
