A teller cash dispesner, commonly referred to as a TCD, is a machine that contains cash and dispenses it. The typical TCD looks similar to a vault, but it has a dispenser mechanism. As the name implies, only bank employees can control the cash that comes out of a TCD. Cash dispensing is computer-controlled.
