Temptation Island

Temptation Island was a 2001 U.S. reality television program broadcast on the Fox network in which several couples agreed to live with groups of singles of the opposite sex, in order to test the strength of their relationships. The first season of the show was taped on Ambergris Caye in Belize. It was also mentioned on the chalkboard in an episode of The Simpsons.
Season 3 was broadcast in August, 2003.
The first and third seasons were hosted by Mark L. Walberg (not to be confused with Mark Wahlberg).
International Adaptation
An Australian version of the program was also produced, and shown on the Seven Network. A French version, named "l’Île de la tentation," is shown on TF1. The Dutch/Flemish version, shown on Veronica and VT4, is successful. The 6th series will be broadcasted in 2007. An Italian version was produced in 2005, named "Vero amore", but was unsuccessful.External links
