Tenafly was one of the TV shows for the NBC Mystery Movie for the 1973-74 season. It starred James McEachin as Harry Tenafly, a former cop turned detective who finds himself in one pickle after another. It was also one of the few series that had a main black character on TV for its time. Sadly, the show had low ratings, and Tenafly was taken off the air only after four episodes.
