Teochiu or Teochew can refer to:

Teochiu (people), a sub-group of the greater ethnic Han Chinese people.
Chaozhou (潮州), a prefecture-level city in northeastern Guangdong Province, China.
Teochew (dialect), the dialect spoken in the Chaozhou (Teochew) and the Chaoshan region by the Teochiu people.
Chiuchow cuisine, the cuisine of the Teochiu people.

Alternate spellings also include Diojiu, Tiuchiu, Chiuchow, and Dio7 Ziu1 (the Romanization standard of Shantou University).
